My artistic journey in 5 defining moments

For over twenty years, painting has been part of my life. Not as a job. Not as a goal. But as a breath.A silent thread weaving body, emotion, intuition — and something deeper that words can’t hold.

My artistic journey is not linear. It’s woven with transformation, stillness, and rebirth. Here are five key moments that shaped my way of creating — and being.

1. Where it all began: painting from the body

It began with sensation. In my first classes, I wasn’t taught how to “represent,” but how to listen —to my hands, my breath, my emotions. To let a gesture emerge from the inside out.

That connection between body and canvas never left me. Even now, it guides every brushstroke.

2. Embracing structure: technique as a foundation

A few years later came the call for structure.I trained in academic drawing — proportions, composition, shadow.Surprisingly, it didn’t stifle my intuition — it strengthened it. Form gave space to the formless.

3. Sharing intuition: teaching painting from within

Soon, the urge to share arose. I began leading intuitive painting workshops — not to teach “how,” but to hold space. A space where each person reconnects to their own visual language.

These workshops are spaces of resonance, where art becomes a bridge to self and others.

4. Finding my voice: an art school as a turning point

Later, I entered an art school —not to conform, but to reclaim my voice.

That’s where I truly embraced my artistic identity:abstract, sensitive, honest.I stopped trying to please and started painting as I am.

5. Illness as a gateway: painting through Ménière’s

Then, life shifted . Ménière’s disease brought vertigo, sound sensitivity, exhaustion.

It shattered my balance…but also led me inward.

Forced to slow down, I found a new way to paint:more silent, more essential, more true. What I thought was an ending became an opening.

A living path, still unfolding

My art is not about productivity. It’s about translating the unspoken.

Each canvas, each workshop, each still moment is part of a greater transformation. And I continue, dancing between mastery and surrender —matter and mystery.
