Returns

While each artwork is created with care and intention, we only accept returns if the order is incorrect. Please inspect your artwork upon receipt and, if there are any issues, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will ensure the situation is handled promptly and carefully.

Exchanges

Each original artwork is a unique creation, designed to bring an incomparable energy to your space. For this reason, all sales of original artwork are final. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before finalizing your purchase.

Cancellations

All sales are final, and we do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before finalizing your purchase, as each piece of art is created with intention and care.

Lost or undelivered packages
If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please double-check the delivery address in your confirmation email. If an incorrect address was entered, we will not be able to replace your order free of charge, although we are happy to forward any returned packages. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the address is correct, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, as we are unable to resolve lost or stolen packages.
