The art of the feminine

To meet. To choose each other. To transform.
There comes a time in a woman's life when something calls.
A need to reconnect with oneself.
To understand each other.
To break free…
Or simply to finally feel at peace with herself.
Perhaps you are going through a period of questioning, transformation, inner fatigue?
Perhaps you feel the desire to be more aligned, more alive, more at peace — with yourself and in your relationship with others.
The art of the feminine was born from that space.
A place to reconnect with oneself.
To put down what weighs you down.
To listen to what is trying to emerge.
Sometimes, without really knowing why…
We feel tired inside.
We have our doubts.
We lose ourselves in our relationship with others.
You can feel that it's time for something to change.
Not necessarily everything.
But something fair.
My vision
Throughout my career, I have supported many women through their life transitions.
Their stories deeply touched me.
Their capacity to love, to hope, to persevere… sometimes to the point of forgetting themselves.
I myself have gone through experiences that have profoundly transformed me.
Passages that invite us to meet in a different way.
Today, this path informs my approach.
About
I haven't always known how to be myself.
Like many women, I have loved, I have committed myself, I have hoped… sometimes to the point of forgetting myself.
My journey has led me through a marriage, a divorce, a significant relationship in which I learned to lose myself… before finding myself again.
I realized that loving is not always enough.
And that some relationships primarily invite us to encounter ourselves.
Growing up between a dominant father and a mother in a form of withdrawal also shaped my way of relating.
I have experienced these patterns, questioned them, and then transformed them.
Life has also confronted me with illness.
An experience that profoundly transforms one's relationship to the body, to rhythm, to oneself.
It is in this space that creativity has taken an essential place in my life.
For over 25 years, I have been supporting individuals and couples, and today I am also a painter, and this expression informs my approach to support.
My approach
A space for:
Meet.
Understanding each other.
To transform.
A space for listening, presence, and truth.
A space where nothing needs to be forced.
For women
Every woman goes through different stages.
I can assist you, in particular, when you feel the need to:
– reconnect with yourself
– to go through a difficult period in life (illness, job loss, separation...)
– rediscover your inner integrity
– to free yourself from certain limiting patterns
– to feel freer, more alive
For the couple
The couple is a living space.
Sometimes fluid, sometimes tense.
I support couples, with my husband François, in a collaborative process.
A space for:
– to restore dialogue
– to better understand relational dynamics
– to break free from repetitive patterns
– to move towards a more conscious and lighthearted relationship
