About the event
Recognizing your essence means pulsing with your true identity!
Have you ever felt your true essence? Not the one you're asked to be, but your true identity. It's not always easy to take the time to feel yourself and discover your own frequency.
This painting day allows us to feel our fundamental essence within ourselves and to intensify it, allowing us to paint its quintessence and thus allow our beautiful frequency to settle on the canvas.
The day always begins with a guided meditation.
Date: Thursday, May 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Picnic at noon or lunch in town.
Location: Pavlina's studio gallery in Montreux
Price: CHF 170 for the day. To be paid on site.
