Presence
When you are present, when your attention is totally and intensely in the present, you can feel the deepest invisible and indestructible essence. Your true nature. Your mind cannot grasp this notion. I offer a day of painting dedicated to self-presence to rediscover this presence of Being and maintain this state of "sensation of fulfillment." Some call it enlightenment.
The day always begins with a guided meditation.
Date: Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Picnic at noon or lunch in town. (1-hour break)
Location: Pavlina's artist studio in Montreux
Price: CHF 170 for the day. To be paid on site.
